Let our staff take care of your home's weekly cleaning. Housekeeping services include vacuuming, light dusting, and cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom once per week, included in the rent.
Programing for fitness
Live your best life at the Suites at Royal City Park. Situated on the edge of one of Guelph's most beautiful parks, Royal City Park, the residence offers organized walks along the river, and fitness classes in the residence fitness studio included in the monthly rent. We believe making light fitness regularly accessible helps residents stay young and have a reason to be social.
With a grocery store and LCBO across the street, and just minutes from downtown shops, bistros, and restaurants, residents have the option of walking to stay active in their daily routine with this excellent downtown location and walkable shops for life's essentials just across the street.
Resident Programing
With a large resident lounge equipped with books, televisions and a kitchenette, we offer weekly programing from movie nights, to games nights, and special event programing for events from The Oscars to summer bocce ball nights.
Like everything at The Suites, social events are optional for residents, but we will tailor events to our residents interests to encourage all residents benefit from the close proximity of other seniors.
